Great hospitality from the staff, always helpful and smiling. Enjoyed the private beach and multiple pool options. The view from the room was breathtaking, and the food was delicious with great variety.
The transfer time from the airport to the hotel was quite long. The Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times and sometimes difficult to connect to.

Chilled-out base for a weekend in Marsa Alam! We loved it. The hotel was set a short walk to Hankorab Beach.

Great customer service here! the view from our room was absolutely breathtaking 🌅. We are regulars at this place and highly recommend it to everyone. Also, the spa center was a pleasant surprise.

We recently had a fantastic stay at a clean and friendly hotel. the location down on the beach was breathtaking. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice view of the football pitch and diving school. the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. the staff were all very helpful, especially the waiters who were attentive and made sure we felt welcome. Breakfast had plenty of variety, with lots of fresh fruit and homemade pastries. We loved the swim-up pool bar and the excellent entertainment.
We did find ourselves wishing there were more local shops nearby, but that didn't detract from our experience at this wonderful hotel.

Enjoyed spending New Year's Eve by the beach with fireworks lighting up the sky. The all-inclusive package was great value as it included unlimited drinks, meals, and access to the private pool. The beach was beautiful and clean, with crystal-clear waters perfect for snorkeling.
The entertainment was not varied enough and was only geared towards one particular group. The hotel was quite far from the airport, and the journey took longer than expected.
